Meet Jamuna,
My journey began 15 years ago, when I felt a strong and inexplicable call to travel to Asia. I began a never ending journey of inner exploration through the practice of meditation, yoga, somatic arts, dance and bodywork which are still fundamental parts of my life to this day.
I began my massage studies learning the art of Ayurvedic Yoga
My journey began 15 years ago, when I felt a strong and inexplicable call to travel to Asia. I began a never ending journey of inner exploration through the practice of meditation, yoga, somatic arts, dance and bodywork which are still fundamental parts of my life to this day.
I began my massage studies learning the art of Ayurvedic Yoga massage and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage. The years preceding, I studied extensively with a multitude of teachers/ modalities; Craniosacral Therapy, Osteothai, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Ortho-Bionomy, Hakomi, WaterDance, Watsu, Fluid Presence and Healing Dance. I’m a certified yoga teacher and a Certified Massage Therapist.
The essence of those years of exploration can be distilled in a few simple words:
Awareness, Equanimity and Loving Presence create a powerful space where self-regulation and self-healing can be deeply transformative.
Currently I am a student of Somatic Experiencing Therapy and am quite intrigued by all the facets of the human system. There is also and ongoing curiosity of the relation between our body and mind as well as the
between movement, touch, and presence.
I look forward to exploring and offering you my unconditional presence and attuned touch.

Attuned flo Massage Modalities
Aqua Flo
Warm water offers a unique space for deep relaxation and connection to oneself.
It invites presence, deep listening, and natural surrender.
In this soothing environment, I intuitively explore the textures of joints, tissues, as well as energy channels and centers. Through stretches, pressure, mobilizations, and vibrations, I facilitate openness and flow, creating a rhythmic and fluid movement that supports the body’s regulation and harmonization.
Each session is an invitation to reconnect with your wholeness, your natural state of well-being, and your full potential for mobility.
Through dialogue and conscious exploration throughout the session, we welcome together what seeks to emerge and be acknowledged.
Supported by water, guided by breath, you are invited into a space of authentic being.
A moment of integration may conclude the session, allowing insights and sensations to be anchored.
The water is heated between 35 and 37 °C (95–98.6 °F), allowing the body to deeply relax. The pool features a high-quality salt-based filtration system.
Sanitary facilities are available. Please bring a bathing suit, towel, and make sure to hydrate well before the session.
Thai Massage (Mat on floor- clothed)
I combine my own fusion using acupressure, assisted stretches and fluid movements. Using hands, elbows and feet, I apply firm or light pressure along the bodies energy lines ranging from subtle listening to more dynamic motions.
Every session is a unique exploration to create a safe space where pain and tensions are alleviated, mobility increased and your whole being rejuvenated.
Lomi - lomi Nui
Lomi Lomi Nui is a sacred ancient Hawaiian massage that invites a deeper harmonization of the body, mind and spirit. The word “lomi” means “to knead”, “to turn and shift” as in the sacred shift within you. This holistic approach offers you the space to create an intention or prayer for your session. This will guide my intuition to support you on your ‘Becoming’.
The massage itself is characterized by using long, continuous flowing light to medium pressured strokes (head to toe) performed with forearms, hands, and elbows, with warm oil. It mimics the flow of ocean waves, enveloping the body in a soothing and rhythmic experience creating a feeling of being cradled and nurtured. It's known for its profound relaxation, pain relief, and promotion of both physical and emotional well-being.
The session is performed on a special Lomi vinyl sheet which allows you to experience another dimension to the massage as the manoeuvres can be applied over and under the body simultaneously.
***Note that, for the fluidity of the massage there is minimalist draping (just covering the essential private areas)

My prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. I use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby.
