Cancellation Policy/No-Show Policy
- *50$/55$/70$/100$ will be taken as a non refundable deposit depending on your session chosen.
- If appointment cancelled 48 Hours prior to massage, full refund given minus 5$ card processing fee.
- If appointment cancelled within 48 Hours to massage, deposit is Non-Refundable.
- If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours notice or in case of no-show, Full Payment is requested and will be invoiced.
Late arrivals: If you know you will be late for your session, please notify me via Text or WhatsApp. 707 295 9238. I will wait for your arrival and start our session with the remaining time that’s left. If I have not been notified of any tardiness, after 20 mins, I will assume the session as a No Show and full payment will be asked.
